We operate daily from Tribhuvan International Airport - Domestic Terminal with both private charter and group-joining / sharing options. Hotel pickup and drop, flight permits, and all airport taxes are managed by our team.

Descriptions: Our representative will pick you up from your hotel inside Kathmandu Valley ring road and transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport, Domestic Terminal. Check-in, security briefing, and introduction with your pilot. Please carry your passport and keep your luggage below 15kg per person.

Note: Flight time is weather dependent. In case of bad weather, we will shift to the next clear window.

Why a Helicopter to Soti Khola?
The road from Kathmandu to Soti Khola via Dhading Bensi and Arughat is 8-10 hours on a rough, dusty off-road. During monsoon, landslides often block the road. Helicopter saves you a full day and prevents exhaustion before your trek even begins.

Luggage Allowance:
Maximum 15 Kg baggage per person and total payload not exceeding 450-500 Kg for 5 passengers combined. Soft duffel bags are preferred.

Weight Limit:
Helicopter has a strict weight policy. Passenger weights will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if flight is cancelled by us due to weather. No refund for no-show. Rescheduling is free in case of bad weather.

Booking Process:
We need full names as per passport, nationality, passport number, body weight, and baggage weight to confirm the booking.

Return Option:
We also offer Soti Khola to Kathmandu helicopter charter for trekkers finishing the Manaslu trek or for emergency evacuation.

Luggage Allowance

The helicopter has a maximum payload capacity of approx 450 - 500kg (depending on helicopter type & weather). We recommend a soft bag of 5-10kg per person. Hard suitcases are not permitted.

Flight Delays

All helicopter flights are completely weather dependent. In the event of poor weather conditions, low visibility or strong winds, your flight may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.

• 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu.
• We accept Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards and Major Online Payment Methods.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 Hours Prior to flight: 10% Cancellation Charge
• 24 - 48 Hours Prior to flight: 50% Cancellation Charge
• Less than 24 Hours / No Show: 100% Cancellation Charge

Please Note: Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made due to bad weather conditions. In this case, we will reschedule your flight at no extra cost (subject to availability).
